It was a wet and windy day in a small sea shore town. This small town was well known for it's seaside rides and arcades along the ocean front as well as it's Gym.  It was in this town where Ash has come to get his fourth badge and needless to say he was excited.

I'm sure how i made sandshrew cute, I'm going to say it's his own sandshrewness. xD I was glued to my references for this one, so I'm it came out good.

O.o How could i draw her hair better than her creator?
